Welcome to RocketApps ("Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this Site and all documentation, guides, tutorials, and related materials ("Content") that support our monday.com applications ("Apps"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
1.1 Purpose
The Site provides documentation, instructions, and general information about how to use our monday.com Apps. The Site does not provide the Apps themselves; they are used within the monday.com platform.
1.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely to learn about and use our Apps. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content unless explicitly permitted.
1.3 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

2. Apps and Third-Party Platforms
2.1 monday.com Platform
Our Apps run exclusively on monday.com. Your use of monday.com is governed by monday.com's own Terms and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for monday.com's performance, availability, policies, or decisions.
2.2 Compatibility
We may update the Apps or the documentation over time. We do not guarantee compatibility with all future monday.com changes or with third-party integrations.
2.3 Trials or Beta Features
Any trial, beta, or early-access features are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Ownership
All Content, design, text, images, marks, branding, and intellectual property on the Site are owned by RocketApps, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Restrictions
You may not copy, resell, or use our Content commercially without our written permission.
3.3 Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us permission to use them without obligation to you.
4. Privacy
4.1 Site Data
The Site may collect limited technical information (e.g., analytics, cookies) to ensure proper performance. The Site does not access or store any monday.com board data or App data.
4.2 App Data
Our Apps may process certain user and board data within monday.com. How we handle that data is detailed in each App's Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all Content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- that the Site or Content will be error-free,
- continuous availability or uptime,
- that documentation is always accurate, complete, or up to date.
Use the Site at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
- Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed €50, or the minimum allowed by law.
This applies even if we were advised of possible damages.

The Site may contain links to monday.com or third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, security, or policies of external sites.
8. Updates to Documentation

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Munich, Germany.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain valid.
