Last updated: December 1, 2025

Thank you for visiting our website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our website, our documentation pages, and any support or communication related to our monday.com applications ("Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

1. Who We Are

This website and all related documentation are operated by RocketApps ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We develop and maintain applications for monday.com and provide product documentation, support information, and related materials through this website.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Contact information such as your name, email address, or other details you submit through forms, support requests, or communication channels.
  • Account-related information only if you voluntarily contact us or request support for our monday.com apps.
  • Feedback or documentation requests you send to us by email or through support channels.

We do not collect sensitive personal data unless you explicitly provide it.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain non-identifying information, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device information
  • Usage data (pages visited, time spent, referral sources, etc.)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8)

This data helps us understand website performance and improve our Services.

2.3 Data From Third Parties

If you install or use one of our monday.com apps, monday.com may send us limited technical information (e.g., installation details, app usage events) depending on permissions you grant in their interface. We do not receive or store any monday.com user content unless you provide it directly during a support request.

3. Privacy Practices for Our monday.com Apps

This section explains how our monday.com applications handle data. Each app may process different types of information depending on its functionality. Unless explicitly stated, all apps access only the minimum data required to provide their features, and no monday.com content is stored on our servers.

All monday.com apps operated by RocketApps follow these general principles:

  • We only access the data required for the app to function.
  • We do not store monday.com board or item content on our servers.
  • We do not transmit monday.com data to third parties.
  • We do not collect personal information from monday.com unless you provide it directly during a support request.
  • Any temporary data storage happens only inside the user's browser.

Below is app-specific information for each application we operate.

3.1 PDF Template Filler

The PDF Template Filler app processes monday.com item and subitem data entirely within the user's browser to generate PDF documents. The app temporarily accesses item fields such as text, numbers, dates, status values, and other column types solely for the purpose of rendering the PDF.

The application logs minimal technical information exclusively to the browser console for debugging, including:

  • Technical metadata: item IDs, board IDs, and subitem IDs (identifiers only, never column values)
  • App behavior events: placeholder counts, feature usage, and navigation actions
  • Error messages and performance metrics
  • User-uploaded PDF file names (never file contents)

The app does NOT log or store:

  • Any monday.com column values or item content
  • Email addresses, names, phone numbers, or other personal data
  • Board data, subitem data, or user-entered content

All monday.com data used by the app remains in local browser memory or sessionStorage. No data is transmitted externally or saved on RocketApps servers.

3.2 Additional Apps (Future)

If we release additional monday.com applications in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated with app-specific data-handling details. Each app will have a clearly defined subsection describing what data it accesses, how it processes that data, and whether any technical metadata is logged.
